Guarantee/Warranty & Refund/Replacement
All items sold by Technolab Electronics are delivered with a standard warranty of a minimum of 15 days from the invoice date (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to protect customers from any manufacturing defects. If 15 days have gone by since the product was ordered, a refund or exchange will not be acknowledged, and the Management’s decision will be final. Only defective or damaged products will be accepted for returns or refunds.
Our technical team will inspect the product to determine if it is faulty and confirm its condition. Upon confirmation from our technical team, the customer support team will contact you to initiate a return. Please ship the product back to our office in its original packaging. Once we receive the item and verify that it arrived in its original packaging with all original parts, components, contents, and accessories, a refund or replacement will be initiated.
Any repair or replacement of defective parts will be charged to the customer if the fault is due to accident, misuse, negligence, or willful damage by the customer.
If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within 15 days from the invoice date regarding any defective product. Customers agree to pay for return shipping costs on exchanges and returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In case we do not have the product in stock for replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the product has been subjected to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
For product exchanges, please send photos or videos of the damaged product to us at support@technolabelectronics.com and contact us at +91 8543053029 during working hours (2:00 PM to 7:00 PM). We will assess the damages and decide the best way to proceed with the exchange or return. If the item is not in stock for replacement, we will provide a full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund or notify you of the rejection of your refund. For approved refunds, a credit will automatically be issued via UPI/NEFT within 7 working days.
Products not returned in their original packaging or those exceeding the return period will have their replacement requests canceled. Replacement/Return requests will not be entertained for products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Changing or Canceling an Order
Need to change something about your order or cancel it? You can contact us at support@technolabelectronics.com or +91 8543053029 to request changes to items on your order, update an address or payment method, or cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you via email within one working day regarding your request. Only orders still in the “Pending” or “Payment Verification” status can be altered or canceled. If your order has already been shipped or is in a different status, changes or cancellations will not be possible. Due to the nature of the products we sell and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellations or returns without valid reasons.
Return Guidelines
If you wish to return a faulty product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order at support@technolabelectronics.com or +91 8543053029 during working hours (2:00 PM to 7:00 PM). Our team will respond to you within 24 hours.
Limits of Responsibility
Technolab Electronics accepts no responsibility for the improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed when connecting electrical components.
