Return &Refund Policy

All items are delivered with a standard warranty of a minimum of 15 days from the invoice date (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to protect customers from any manufacturing defect. If 15 days have gone by since the product was ordered, a refund or exchange will not be acknowledged, and the Management’s decision will be final. Only defective or damaged products will be accepted for returns/refunds.

Inspection and Confirmation:

  • Our tech team will inspect the case to confirm if the product is faulty and assess its condition.
  • Upon confirmation from our tech team, the customer support team will contact you for a return.
  • Products must be shipped back to our office in their original packing. Once received and verified to be in original packing with all original parts/components/contents/accessories, the refund/replacement process will be initiated.

Repair or Replacement Costs:

  • Any repair or replacement of defective parts will be charged to the customer if the fault is due to accident, misuse, negligence, or willful damage by the customer.

Reporting Issues:

  • Notify us of any defective product within 15 days from the date of the invoice.
  • Return shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

  • If we do not have the product in stock for replacement, a 100% refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will not apply if the product has been subjected to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, soldering, or alteration in any way.
  • Approved refunds will be credited via UPI/NEFT within 7 working days.

Exchange Requests:

  • Send photos/videos of damaged products to support@technolabelectronics.com and contact us at +91-8543053029 during working hours (2:00 PM to 7:00 PM).
  • If the product is not in stock for replacement, a full refund will be provided.
  • Replacement requests will be canceled if the product is not returned in its original packing or exceeds the return period.

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page will not be eligible for return/replacement.

Changing or Canceling an Order:

  • Contact us at support@technolabelectronics.com or +91-8543053029 to make changes or cancel an order.
  • Only orders in “Pending” or “Payment Verification” status can be altered or canceled. If the order has shipped, no alterations or cancellations will be possible.
  • Due to the nature of the products and our strict quality policy, order cancellations and returns without a valid reason are not allowed.

Return Guidelines:

  • Contact us within 2 days of order placement at support@technolabelectronics.com or +91-8543053029 during working hours (2:00 PM to 7:00 PM).
  • Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Limits of Responsibility:

  • We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed when connecting electrical components.
