Returns, Refund, and Cancellation Policy for Technolab Electronics

Guarantee/Warranty

All items come with a standard warranty of a minimum of 15 days (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to protect customers from any manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues with your order, please notify us within this period from the date of shipment.

You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns, and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair damaged products at no cost to you, with shipping prepaid by us. If the product is not in stock for replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. No warranty will apply if the product has been subjected to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

To exchange a product, please send photos of the damaged products to us at support@technolabelectronics.com and contact us at +91 8543053029 between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM on working days. We will assess the damages and decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the item is not in stock for replacement, we will provide a full refund.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Need to change something about your order or cancel it? Contact us at support@technolabelectronics.com or +91 8543053029 to change items in your order, update an address or payment method, or cancel it. Customer Service will respond to you by email within one working day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in the status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or canceled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter or cancel it. Due to the nature of the products we sell and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without a valid reason.

Return Guidelines

If you want to return a faulty product, you must contact us within 2 days of order placement at support@technolabelectronics.com or +91 8543053029 between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM on working days. Our team will respond to you within 24 hours.

Technolab Electronics (www.technolabelectronics.com) reserves the right to accept products for return at its discretion. Eligibility of a product for return will be expressly mentioned on the website page for that particular product. Only sealed and undamaged items may be returned. Any expenses incurred for the process of returning a product back to Technolab Electronics will be borne by the buyer, and Technolab Electronics reserves the right to recover such costs from the buyer by any means at its disposal if the buyer does not bear the aforementioned expense.

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Order has been Shipped: If a customer wants to cancel the order before it has been shipped, the customer needs to pay a flat 5% order cancellation charge. Technolab Electronics will refund the amount after charging the order cancellation fees to the customer. Generally, the refund is initiated within 2 business days. The time taken for the amount to get credited to the customer’s original payment method depends on the payment gateway and varies from 1-14 days.

After Order has been Shipped: If the order has been shipped and the customer would like to cancel it, since the order would have left our premises, we cannot cancel the order. However, the customer should not accept the order and ask the courier to return it to the sender without opening the parcel. The refund will be initiated within 2 business days after the parcel has been received back at our office.

In such scenarios, the customer would have to pay a 5% order cancellation charge, the forward shipping charge, and the return shipping charge. We will initiate the refund to the customer, the balance after charging the customer for the order cancellation fees, forward shipping charge, and return shipping charge. If the customer has opened the parcel, the returned items will be verified, and the refund will be initiated after verification within 3 business days.

Limits of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for the improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed when connecting electrical components.
